Additionally, the study illustrates some of the training programs that can be adopted to improve in ethical decision making.Originality/value and implication of the studyThe researchers findings indicate that an evaluation of the roles of the management and employees should be conducted to determine the extent of their liability when the codes are violated. The study also indicates the limitations and delimitations of training programs from different perspectives.
